I assure that the historical and military historical objects from the period 1933 - 1945 offered and shown by me are only used for the purposes of civic education, the defense against unconstitutional and anti-constitutional efforts, scientific and art historical research, enlightenment or reporting on current events or of military history and uniform research are offered and shown , according to § 86 and 86a StGB.
 

When selling items bearing the emblem of the Third Reich, the buyer undertakes to acquire these items only for historical-scientific purposes for the reasons mentioned above and in no way to use them for propaganda purposes, in particular within the meaning of Sections 86 and 86a to use the Criminal Code.
